About Me

Quynh T. Dang, MD, FAAP, appreciates the practice of medicine that seeks to prolong and enrich life. Her love of children and desire to help children live long, healthy lives inspired her to become a doctor. As the fourth of eight children, Dr. Dang has plenty of experience with everything from germs and bruises to sibling rivalry and compromises. She and her husband, Thach, have three kids of their own – twin daughters and a son. She loves caring for her family while she also cares for yours.

Originally from South Vietnam, Dr. Dang immigrated to the United States with her family when she was six years old. She earned a degree in mathematics at Louisiana State University Shreveport before attending medical school at LSU Health Sciences Center-Shreveport School of Medicine. Dr. Dang did an internship and pediatrics residency at East Carolina University’s Pitt County Memorial Hospital in North Carolina. She then returned home to Shreveport-Bossier City to care for pediatric patients at WK Bossier Pediatric Partners. Located at Willis Knighton Bossier in Bossier City, Louisiana, the clinic serves young patients across northwest Louisiana. Dr. Dang is a board certified pediatrician (American Board of Pediatrics) and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP).
