About Me

David M. Abdehou, MD, primarily treats geriatric patients at Willis-Knighton's Internal Medicine Associates at WK Pierremont Health Center in Shreveport. He also is a medical director of two home health and hospice programs. His expertise in hospital and emergency care is of value at Willis-Knighton and other long-term and acute rehabilitation hospitals. 

Dr. Abdehou completed his undergraduate schooling at McNeese State University. He followed that with attendance at LSU Health Sciences Center – Shreveport. He completed an internship and his residency at the same university hospital. He is a member of the Shreveport Medical Society, American Medical Society and the American College of Physicians. Dr. Abdehou is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
