About Me
Dr. Michel El-Hayek has a rich professional background. He completed a Post Doctoral fellowship in internal medicine at The University of Texas Southwestern at Dallas, followed by a stint at Buffalo General Hospital in Buffalo, New York.
Following an elective in internal medicine at St. Luke's in Houston, Dr. El-Hayek continued his postgraduate training at Texas Tech University in Lubbock.
He completed his infectious diseases training at UT-Southwestern in Dallas before beginning his practice in Shreveport.
Dr. El-Hayek, who is fluent in three languages, enjoys traveling internationally. He is quite proficient in a kitchen, as well.
