About Me

Dr. Jason Milligan grew up in Bossier City and is fulfilling a dream of practicing medicine in his hometown. After graduating from Parkway High School, he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from The Louisiana Scholars’ College at Northwestern State University.

After he earned his M.D. from LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, he also completed residency there and had the honor of serving as chief resident in the Department of Family Medicine.

Dr. Milligan chose the specialty of Family Medicine because of his love of getting to know and treat families across generations. While he is skilled in all aspects of family medicine, Dr. Milligan particularly enjoys adolescent medicine, preventative medicine, women’s health, and takes a keen interest in diagnosing and treating common skin conditions.
