About Me
Dr. Siskron is a native of Shreveport and a graduate of Centenary College of Louisiana and LSU-Shreveport School of Medicine. He completed an internship in General Surgery in Shreveport and was then called to complete his service in the United States Air Force as a General Medical Officer, stationed at Hill AFB in Salt Lake City, UT. He then returned to Shreveport to complete his residency in Urology at LSUHSC Shreveport, where he served as chief resident in 2006. Preferring the traditional, smaller practice setting to the larger group model that was becoming more common in all specialties at the time, Dr. Siskron founded Signature Urology at Willis-Knighton Medical Center in July of 2006, and has practiced in this location ever since. He is board certified by the American Board of Urology, and provides a broad range of general Urology services to the patients of Willis-Knighton and the broader community. He is a board member of the Shreveport Medical Society and is a member of the American Urological Association. He has many hobbies outside of his practice, but is especially passionate about maintaining a healthy lifestyle and exercising regularly (the benefits of which, he also tries to relay to his patients), spending time with family, traveling, and outdoor activities of all kinds.
