About Me
Muhammad S. Qasim, MD, provides evidence-based medical care for patients hospitalized with acute neurological illness such as stroke. Time is brain, and quick treatment by a neurohospitalist can result in a faster recovery with less loss of function.
Care philosophy: Dr. Qasim helps patients make significant improvements with care and evidence-based treatments.
A graduate of Aga Khan University Medical School in Pakistan, Dr. Qasim completed his clinical internship and residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Texas. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
Away from the clinic, Dr. Qasim enjoys spending time with his wife and son, reading and traveling.
