About Me

Todd Trier, MD, established WK Neurosurgery Specialists at WK Pierremont Health Center after practicing general and cerebrovascular neurosurgery for more than 20 years. He treats brain- and spine-related conditions ranging from nerve entrapments, herniated discs, pain syndromes and vascular problems to tumors and trauma.

Dr. Trier practices minimally invasive approaches for pain-related problems. He interacts with patients and educates them about the origins of pain as they agree upon a treatment plan.

Following his study of organic chemistry and biomedical engineering at Arizona State University, Dr. Trier earned his medical degree at University of Arizona College of Medicine. He then worked as a surgery intern and a neurosurgery resident at University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. He followed that with a cerebrovascular and skull base surgery fellowship at Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix. Dr. Trier is certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery. He is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons.

When not in the clinic, Dr. Trier enjoys cooking unique foods for his friends to enjoy.

Dr. Trier accepts new patients and most insurance plans. He looks forward to meeting you.
