About Me
Wade Wyckoff, MD, helps adult patients who have a broad range of conditions improve function as a physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) doctor. Beyond diagnosis, Dr. Wyckoff’s care philosophy of treating the whole patient allows medical and psychosocial factors to come together as part of a multidisciplinary team that provides comprehensive care.

- Botox for spasticity and dystonia
- Joint/bursae injections
- Trigger point injections
- Medication management for rehabilitation patients
- Prosthetic, orthotic and durable medical equipment (DME) prescriptions

- Management for medical complications during rehabilitation
Born and raised in New Orleans, Dr. Wyckoff graduated from LSU Baton Rouge and LSU Health Shreveport School of Medicine. He completed an internal medicine internship in Shreveport before his three-year residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) at the University of Central Florida/HCA Florida Healthcare in Pensacola.
Outside of medical practice, Dr. Wyckoff enjoys spending time with friends and family, exercising and playing tennis. He and his wife love to travel and experience new places around the world. Dr. Wyckoff also loves to cook and watch his New Orleans Saints and LSU Tigers play football.
