About Me
Lindsey Hernandez, MSN, FNP-C, enjoys caring for adult patients as a certified family nurse practitioner (American Association of Nurse Practitioners - AANP). Hernandez is committed to optimizing the health and well-being of her patients as a preventive health educator and an advocate for evidence-based practice. She is a compassionate listener who formulates a care plan around the input of each patient and their family to ensure the best possible care.
Hernandez received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Northwestern State University of Louisiana College of Nursing. After nearly 10 years of nursing practice, Hernandez completed her Master of Science in nursing as a family nurse practitioner from University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2022.
Family is important to Hernandez, reflected in her care philosophy to treat all patients the same as she would her own family. She gives patients the same time and dedication that she would her loved ones.
When not caring for patients, Hernandez and her husband enjoy their time outdoors and traveling.
