About Me
Courtney Gregory, MSN, APRN, AGPCNP-C, is an orthopedic nurse practitioner committed to helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain and return to the activities that matter most to them. She provides comprehensive orthopedic care, including musculoskeletal evaluations, injury management, joint injections, fracture care and post-operative follow-up. She also assists with surgical procedures, giving her a unique perspective that allows her to guide patients through both the surgical and recovery process with confidence and continuity of care.
Originally from Bossier City, Gregory is passionate about orthopedics because it combines hands-on procedural skills with the opportunity to significantly improve patients’ function and quality of life. She earned an Associate of Science in Nursing degree at Louisiana Tech University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Chamberlain University College of Nursing, and a Master of Science in Nursing degree (Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner) from Herzing University. Her nursing background includes experience in emergency medicine and hospice care, which has shaped her compassionate, patient-centered approach and her ability to care for patients with complex needs. She is dedicated to treating every patient like family and believes patient education is essential to achieving the best possible outcomes.
Outside of the clinic, Gregory enjoys spending time with her family and supporting her daughter in her extracurricular activities, including jiu-jitsu, boxing and wrestling. These experiences further fuel her interest in injury prevention, sports-related conditions and rehabilitation.
