About Me
Meredith Turner, NP, provides compassionate care for patients who need neurovascular neurosurgical care. She considers each patient’s individual needs, providing the highest level of care and OR assistance as a certified nurse practitioner, first assist (American Academy of Nurse Practitioners).
As a former teacher, Turner recalled her high school desire to become a nurse and decided it was time to pursue her career in the medical field. She went back to school for her Bachelor of Arts in Nursing and eventually her Master of Arts as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Today Turner serves patients’ needs in both the clinic and operating room.
Originally from North Carolina, Turner feels at home in Louisiana’s Sportsman’s Paradise. She enjoys being outside with her family, swimming and hunting. Turner and her husband spend time supporting their twin boys at baseball games and their daughter in her activities.
