About Me

A native of Nigeria, she was inspired to choose healthcare as a career by her father, who is a physician. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology degree at the University of Houston and an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing degree at Houston Community College. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and a Master of Science in Nursing degree (Family Nurse Practitioner) from Northwestern State University in Shreveport. She is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
When she’s not at work, Adegboyega enjoys spending quality time with her husband, their two teen daughters and their Holland Lop bunnies. She’s also a certified dance fitness instructor who teaches a fitness class a few times a year and enjoys spending time at the beach.
